THE SOUS CHEF STATION GOALS:

GOAL I:

•  PLACE SOUS CHEF
•  COLLECT 5 COUNTERS
•  COLLECT 5 CABINETS

GOAL II:

HIRE CHEF'S CREW:   5 CHEFS & 2 ASSISTANTS

GOAL III:

TRAIN YOUR CREW :

• Cook 3 Clubhouse Sandwich (don't serve from gift box) Just place on stove and then toss them away.
• Collect 5 Knives
• Collect 7 Tasting Spoons

GOAL IV:

• Serve 10 chips and Guacamole
• Serve 10 Tikka Masala Kabobs
• Collect 12 Calamata Olives

Goal V:

• Serve 10 Spitfire Roast Chicken
• Serve 5 Peking Duck
• Ask for 10 Tahitian Punch 

GOAL VI:

• Serve 4 Chocolate Cream Pies
• Ask for 7 Pastry Knives
• Ask for 10 Bags of Pastry Flour
